    The spa was nice, but children running around was good, not relaxing. And breakfast? Talk about being invisible! No smiles whatsoever, like we were a burden. Honestly, I expected an upgrade for all these inadequacies but received disinterest instead. I almost liked this place but couldn't overlook these flaws.

    I stayed for a week to enjoy the nearby hiking spots and overall beautiful surroundings. The highlight was definitely the spa, which provided a peaceful retreat after our outdoor adventures. Our room was comfortable and tastefully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Although there was a hiccup with some menu items being out of stock, the attentive staff worked to ensure we still had a pleasant dining experience.

    Its location was excellent and perfect, not far from ski lifts and pistes, ski area and the main slopes. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very efficient.

    Absolute gem! What a great surprise to find such a great breakfast after one of the best sleeps in Europe. English channels to catch up on some news. Very modern and a bargain at that.

    an lovely stay with free skiing for beginners and really good service from the heartwarming staff

    Serras Andorra offers an really good experience with free beginner ski slopes and wonderfully cute staff. The newly renovated amenities, and the spa was well-equipped. Such a good vacation!

    Nice large, clean and modern rooms with good beds and excellent bathroom. Nice terrace area to sit in the sun. Good spread for breakfast. Very quiet during our stay during April 2010 at the end of the ski season. Helpfull staff.

    Incles is more than a walk to the Soldeu ski lift. You will need a car or to take the frequent bus service up the hill to the ski lift (it stops right outside the hotel). The lounge and bar area isn't the most elegant or relaxing as it is mainly wooden chairs and tables with only a hanfull of relaxing armchairs. WiFi doesn't work in the rooms - only in the communal areas.

    Little property, immaculately clean. Efficient service and great value. Incredible staff and perfect location close to the famous duty free shopping centers, El Tarter, Grandvalira, and main gondolas with hotel's own transport to lift stations.

    We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. The hotel was big, nicely decorated, staff were lovely and friendly and very welcoming. The room was the biggest shock, it was great. Very big room, big and modern bathroom. It was a real turn up for the books and greatly appreciated after the other ones we'd had to stay in. Would recommend to anyone if you want a comfy, clean and spacious hotel.

    The only bad thing I would say about this hotel was maybe the food let it down a little but only a tiny bit. The price of the wine more than made up for it, at 6Euro a bottle you can't argue with that!!

    The restaurant was very expensive and made it prohibitive to eat there.
